What is the Return Policy?
To conform to FDA regulations and ensure the quality and purity of our products, Fagron is unable to accept any product returns.
Please inspect your order upon arrival, and contact our Customer Service Department if there is a concern about the quality of the product (i.e. particle in the product, potency is incorrect, etc.)
How early or late can I place my order?
You can place an online order at any time of the day. Your order will be processed during the next business day.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?
The buttons' Search ... 'on the homepage of the shop. Then, in the list on the 'More info' button next to the desired product. Then, you can determine the number and select Add. Your product will be added to your basket.
Use the red search window at the top of the shop, enter a search term (description or item number). Click on the More Info button next to the desired product. Then, you can determine the number and select Add. Your product will be added to your basket.
Using the Quick Order feature on the homepage of the shop. Here you can add based on article number quickly products in your basket (or fixed order list), without having to first see all the product information. Enter an item number, determine the number and click 'Add to basket'.
Through your regular order list on the homepage of the shop. Click at the desired order list on "Order" and the products on this list are automatically added to your basket. In your shopping cart, you may still make changes by changing quantities or removing products.

What are Hazard Statement Codes?
Hazard and Precautionary statements in GHS represent standard phrases used to respectively describe the hazards of hazardous substances/mixtures and the recommended measures to be taken when using/disposing of hazardous substances/mixtures.
Hazard statements describe physical, health, and environmental hazards. They are codified by using one letter, “H”, and three figures, the first of which indicates the primary nature of the hazard:
- H2xy for physical hazards
- H3xy for health hazards
- H4xy for environmental hazards

What are Precautionary Statement Codes?
Hazard and Precautionary statements in GHS represent standard phrases used to respectively describe the hazards of hazardous substances/mixtures and the recommended measures to be taken when using/disposing of hazardous substances/mixtures.
Precautionary statements are also assigned a unique code, consisting of one letter, “P”, and three figures, the first of which refers to one of the 5 types of statements:
- P1xy for General recommendations
- P2xy for Prevention recommendations
- P3xy for Response recommendations
- P4xy for Storage recommendations
- P5xy for Disposal recommendations
What is my minimum order requirement?
Fagron does not have a minimum order requirement. Your order, large or small, is welcome.
How do I become a customer?

What do the icons on the product page mean?
These icons show at a glance important product information. For example, the snowflake means freezer/refrigerate.
I have questions about shipping.
Same-day shipping, all orders must be made by 4:00 p.m. CST.
How do I know the shelf life of the product?
Within the Webshop, under the product, you will see an expiration date. That expiration date is the shelf life of the product.
What are the shipping costs of my order?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated, depending on your order quantity in step 3 of the ordering process. This gives you before you send your order, always view the shipping cost.
What are the payment terms?
Net 30 days. Fagron reserves the right to require orders to be paid in full prior to shipment. You may use a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card on any order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
What if I have something on backorder?
Any item on backorder status will be shipped immediately when available. Minimum shipping charges may apply.
I forgot my password. Now what?
If you forget your password, please go to our website (not the shop) and right-click on the "Login" button. Enter your email address and click "Login." It is shown at the top that the password is incorrect and the forgotten password link is shown in a message. By clicking this link, you can request a new password. Creating a new password can only be done digitally via the website, not through our Customer Service Department.
How do I order Schedule II controlled substances?
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) stipulates that all controlled substance orders must be placed in writing (no phone orders) and may be shipped only to locations registered with the DEA. Your options are to fill out the DEA Form 222 or go to the link here.
I want to place a fax order, how do I do that?
Please fill out the Fagron Fax Order Form found here, and fax it to 800-339-1596.
I didn't receive my order, what do I do?
If your shipment does not arrive in a timely fashion, please call Fagron at (800) 423-6967.
