If your sign-on was registered with a valid email address, you can use the Forgot Password link in the login form. Simply enter your email, and a password reset link will be sent to your email address. Some email clients will mark the automated password reset email as spam, so if you do not see an email to reset your password within 5-10 minutes, check your Spam or Junk folders. After the order is placed, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to the email address we have with your website account. The email will come from customer.service@fagron.us. If you do not receive the email within a few hours after purchase, please check your junk and spam folders.
If an item is out of stock you still have the ability to add it to your cart and check-out. This item will be automatically be added to your back order items list, which you can view in the My Account section. 

When the item is back in stock you will be contacted to confirm the order.

Hazard and Precautionary statements in GHS represent standard phrases used to respectively describe the hazards of hazardous substances/mixtures and the recommended measures to be taken when using/disposing hazardous substances/mixtures.

Hazard statements describe physical, health and environmental hazards. They are codified by using one letter, “H”, and three figures, the first of which indicates the primary nature of the hazard:

  • H2xy for physical hazards
  • H3xy for health hazards
  • H4xy for environmental hazards

When checking out, you will have the option to select two-day ground or overnight shipping, but please note that cold-pack items will ship overnight.
