I forgot my password. What can I do?

Why does my credit card statement say Letco?

Will I receive an email confirmation when I place an order?
After the order is placed, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to the email address we have with your website account. The email will come from customer.service@fagron.us. If you do not receive the email within a few hours after purchase, please check your junk and spam folders.
Can I place a product on back order if it is currently out of stock?
If an item is out of stock you still have the ability to add it to your cart and check-out. This item will be automatically be added to your back order items list, which you can view in the My Account section.

There are several associates at my store that can access the website. Is there a way I can hide sensitive information such as credit details from them?

If I sign up for online access, will I still have contact with an account manager

Hazard and Precautionary statements in GHS represent standard phrases used to respectively describe the hazards of hazardous substances/mixtures and the recommended measures to be taken when using/disposing hazardous substances/mixtures.

How quickly will I receive orders placed on the website?
Orders placed on the shop.fagron.us website before 5:15 PM CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time may ship the following business day. When checking out, you will have the option to select two-day ground or overnight shipping, but please note that cold-pack items will ship overnight.
